Shipping & Returns


  • US POSTAL SERVICE, PRIORITY MAIL, and FedEx (FedEx Overnight delivery available ONLY when order is received no later than 12:00 PM Minnesota time)


We do not control delivery of international orders due to the receiving country's import duties and restrictions (if any). We collect shipping costs only, then turn your package over to the U.S. Postal Service or Federal Express, as you have selected, for delivery to your country. We do not collect import fees of any kind. This, and your country's import laws and duties, are strictly your responsibility.


Please note that we cannot accept "Postage COD." Return items must be sent back through the US Postal Service as UPS will not deliver to a PO box. When we receive your returned item within the guarantee terms, your purchase price will be promptly refunded back to the credit card used for purchase or back through PayPal. Please include the original invoice. You do not need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Also note that international packages refused by you because of high import duties required by your country will not be refunded.


Our guarantee applies to merchandise purchased directly from Natural Wonder Pets through our official website shopping cart.

Per Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulation, and all dietary supplement manufacturers, please note that our products are not intended to diagnose, cure, treat or prevent any disease.

Our guarantee covers defects in formula, materials and workmanship to the product itself for 30 days from date of purchase (90 days for TripleSure™ products).

If we make a mistake with your order or shipping, we will make it right with you at our expense. On the other hand, if you make a mistake with your order, we cannot be held responsible for its return, refund or exchange.
