Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE) is a powerful antioxidant compound that has a range of uses in humans and animals alike. Grapefruit seed extract is effective in killing harmful oral bacteria, removing tooth plaque and tartar, and relieving a variety of gum disorders and bad breath. Pure Stevia is a plant that doesn’t contain any sugar or calories but tastes sweet. Stevia won’t raise blood-sugar so it is widely used in dog foods to make them taste better without putting the dog at risk. Stevia improves insulin sensitivity and helps the production of insulin in diabetic test subjects. It has also been shown to inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria, including the ones that cause gum disease and tooth decay, so it is a popular dog dental care ingredient.
Xanthan Gum is used in our Gel formula to create a gel texture. Xanthan gum is completely natural, kosher, vegan, and gluten-free.
Dosing Instructions
Apply directly on plaque and tartar in the mouth twice daily for the first month (2-4 dabs each time). Maintain white teeth and healthy gums with one treatment daily thereafter.
It’s best to apply at least 30 minutes before or after feeding (Instructions for cats and dogs are on the label). Watch years of ugly plaque and tartar vanish before your very eyes.
